We have some people lose 5kg fat and gain 1kg of muscle in 2 months following these strategies. Even older people can lose 3kg and gain .5kg of muscle in 2 months. (thats without changing eating... if they also ate healthier the results would be much better)

Here are 2 tips:
Use integrated-concurrent training:
In a study performed on rowing athletes - by doing integrated concurrent training they lost 991% more bodyfat than the normal training group. And these were already trained athletes so its usually MUCH harder to get results than from an untrained individual.
Manage adaptation better:
How?
By training 2x muscle fibers. Train 2x muscle fibers by training close to failure. In other words only stop when you can do max another 2 repetitions.
And by ensuring you update training programs every 4-6 weeks. Due to adaptation of muscles need to be "stressed" from a different angle, different load-duration, different tempo every 4-6 weeks or they adapt and the results stop.
