1. Understand we are Allied Health Professionals
We are qualified Allied Health professionals committed to supporting your holistic well-being. Our role involves assessing, advising, and guiding you based on laboratory results and best practice in health sciences. We do not serve as medical doctors or provide services beyond the scope of Allied Health.
2. Understand we cannot diagnose / we are not medical practitioners
Our services do not include medical diagnosis, prescription of medication, or treatment of medical conditions. Any health information or reports we provide should not be considered a substitute for medical advice from a licensed practitioner. We encourage all clients to consult a qualified medical professional regarding any symptoms, concerns, or diagnoses.
3. It is assumed that you are cleared to exercise
By engaging our services, you confirm that you have received clearance from your doctor or appropriate medical professional to undertake any exercise or physical activity recommendations. Clients with underlying health conditions or recent injuries should consult their GP or specialist before implementing any advice provided. We may require written confirmation of medical clearance where appropriate.
4. It is assumed that you have no allergies
Clients are responsible for informing us of any known allergies or sensitivities prior to following our recommendations. This includes sensitivities to foods, supplements, or other environmental factors that may impact your action plan. We cannot be held liable for adverse reactions due to undisclosed allergies or even disclosed allergies - as you need to double check all information prior to interacting with it or implementing it.
5. Advice in Good Faith - No Liability
All guidance provided is offered in good faith and based on our best professional knowledge at the time. While we strive to offer accurate, up-to-date advice, we cannot guarantee outcomes or be held liable for how information is used or interpreted outside of our guidance. Ultimate responsibility for your health decisions remains with you as the client.
6. Understand that there are no refunds
Once services have been provided or commenced, we do not offer refunds for our programs, consultations, or Wellness Blueprints. We encourage all clients to ensure they are comfortable with our process and terms before making payment. This policy ensures fairness and sustainability in our practice operations.
7. Understand we dont promise to cure anything
Our services are designed to support and empower clients to take charge of their health, not to cure, treat, or guarantee the resolution of any disease or condition. We aim to give you information that is evidence based, 100% personalized to help your risk markers to improve and in some cases this may mean partial or full remission of a health condition. However if this happens Remission is only whilst you continue with a certain lifestyle - as soon as you discontinue that - the condition should return to full risk markers as before or worse.  Results may vary according to individual circumstances, effort, and external medical care. We make no claims or representations of specific health outcomes.
8. Privacy and confidentiality
All personal and health information shared with our practitioners will be treated with strict confidentiality and in accordance with relevant privacy laws. Your data will never be shared without your explicit consent unless required by law.
9. Informed Consent
By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions, and that you consent to participating fully and transparently in the process. You accept responsibility for following, or choosing not to follow, the advice and recommendations provided.

11. Changes to services
We reserve the right to update or modify our services, terms, or pricing at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes where practical.
