1. ANALYSIS & REPORTING; No refunds offered. Once you have paid we will order tests within 2-3 business days and then provide you with analysis and report after receiving the lab results. No refunds allowed.
2. WELLNESS BLUEPRINT; we only offer partial - pro rata refunds of up to 50% of the membership in the following circumstances;

major accident preventing you from carrying out the WELLNESS BLUEPRINT

Death or disability of a close family member

Bankruptcy/liquiditon of you or your business

In all cases we require written proof
3. PARTIAL / PRO-RATA MEANS; We offer up to a maximum 50% refund of the unexpired portion of your membership. Example; You have a 10 week membership and after week 4 you notify that one of the incidents at Point 2a - 2d have occurred. We would offer you up to 50% of the remaining 6 weeks of membership.
