Visceral Fat: Why You Can Look Healthy But Still Have Dangerous Fat Around Your Organs

The thinner person weighs 68 kg and may assume they are healthy simply because they look lean on the outside.


But this is an important reminder: your weight and appearance don't always tell the full story of your metabolic health.
